Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process complex loan servicing requests in queues, email, and faxes within set timeframes.
• Audit and perform first-line quality control on loan products and changes.
• Handle escalations with members, dealers, financial institutions, and partners for resolution.
• Support compliance with state and federal laws, including anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identify gaps, improve processes, and share knowledge to strengthen controls.
