Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Wendell, NC seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the MVSec Ops engineering team. You will mentor engineers, coordinate across sales, quality, global engineering, and manufacturing to ensure on‑time delivery and strict quality standards for medium‑voltage systems.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing and engineering, champion digital workflows, and guide continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of electrical/power distribution experience.
2+ years in a leadership or team coordination role.
Experience with manufacturing operations and production environments.
Familiarity with electrical power distribution equipment and design practices.
Strong problem solving and cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

Direct end‑to‑end electrical engineering project execution for on‑time delivery.
