Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Educational exposure to AC/DC control and power system design.
• Educational or industry knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, UL and NEMA standards for MV Switchgear.
• Presently reside in the United States.
• An ideal candidate is detail oriented, process driven and embraces a culture of quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medium Voltage switchgear requirements from customers to develop detail design engineering essential for review and manufacture of switchgears.
• Prepare electrical drawing packages for factory manufacturing of the switchgear and customer documentation using CAD software.
• Work with project engineers with mentorship to create product solutions meeting customer expectations in cost and time.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams addressing challenges as designs are produced.
• Initiate and support product and process improvements by cross-team collaboration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred)
