Wilson Elser is seeking a dynamic Attorney to join our Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Defense team in Seattle. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to develop expertise alongside experienced partners in a national firm.

You will manage complex malpractice cases, collaborate across the firm, and participate in trials and settlements while advising clients and building strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and oral communication skills to present legal arguments clearly and concisely.
• Experience in defense litigation and medical malpractice/healthcare defense preferred.
• Nursing Home defense experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage a diverse caseload focused on medical malpractice claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys, team members, and partners on strategic projects.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, motion hearings, and trials as needed.
• Maintain regular client communication with case updates and proactive solutions.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Contribute to case strategy development and support senior team members for trials and settlements.
