Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload focused on medical malpractice defense.
• Collaborate with attorneys, team members and partners on strategic legal projects.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, motion hearings, and participate in trials.
• Maintain regular client communication with detailed case updates and proactive solutions.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Support senior team members in trial preparation and case strategy development.
