• Minimum 2 years of defense litigation experience (medical malpractice/healthcare defense preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload focused on medical malpractice claims
• Collaborate with attorneys, team members and partners on strategic legal projects
• Attend court appearances, depositions, motions, and trial participation
• Maintain regular client communications and provide case updates
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement agreements
• Develop case strategies and assist senior team members for trials and settlements
