Job summary

Temple University in Philadelphia seeks a Program Specialist for Medical Education to support Phase 1, Year 2 MD courses. You will manage Canvas courses, Examsoft, and One45, coordinate scheduling and communications for students and faculty, and support course directors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong organizational and collaborative skills. This is a hybrid on-campus/remote role within the Lewis Katz School of Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years directly related experience.
• Experience using Canvas and exam management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Phase 1, Year 2 MD courses and administrative duties.
• Set up and maintain Canvas courses per protocol; update course information.
• Schedule rooms and establish Zoom meetings as needed; track attendance.
• Communicate schedules, handouts, and exams to students and faculty; manage evaluations.
• Post exams in the electronic system and reserve test rooms; coordinate proctoring.
• Track course data, failures, remediation, and enrollments; liaise with Course Directors.
