Mains’l Services, Inc. is seeking two full-time Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our accounting team, focusing on medical billing across California and Minnesota. You will ensure timely billing and payments and work with stakeholders to provide quality customer service on claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in Accounts Receivable.
• 1–2 years in medical billing preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company record keeping standards.
• Create reports to ensure billing accuracy.
• Check eligibility for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on authorizations, eligibility, payroll discrepancies, and billing errors.
• Reconcile accounts between General Ledger and billed services.
• Post payments to accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding aged accounts.
• Bill services rendered to regional centers.
• High volume data entry.
• Coordinate with systems vendor for billing fixes.
• Collaborate to resolve billing discrepancies.
