Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the finance and billing team in a hybrid role at the Eagan, MN main office. The position focuses on aligning billing, payment processing, and workflow development with performance goals, while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.

You will oversee daily billing operations, supervise staff, drive performance metrics, and implement processes to improve denials management and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or 9 years of medical revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 7 years revenue cycle experience with metrics.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Expertise in computerized billing and accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and CMS/Medicare at county, state and federal levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency; manage accounts receivable, provider master file, and fee schedules.
• Hire, train, and develop the team; maintain performance standards and provide coaching.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, complete month-end tasks, and develop reports.
• Attend meetings and trainings; foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
