Job summary

MyMenopauseRx, LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support both clinical operations and front-office functions in a hybrid, largely remote setting. You will handle patient communications across phone, video, email, text, and portal, coordinate scheduling, and assist with prior authorizations and lab tracking, while maintaining accurate EMR records.

The role requires CMA/RMA certification, 2+ years of medical office or telehealth experience, and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required.
• 2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred.
• Prior experience with an EMR required.
• Prior experience with CoverMyMeds and prior authorizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications.
• Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications.
• Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking.
• Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR.
• Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification.
• Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance.
