Job summary

Massachusetts AGO is seeking a Mediator for the Consumer Protection Division’s Manufactured Housing Unit in Boston or at a regional office. You will mediate consumer complaints, analyze information, and advise residents of manufactured housing communities while collaborating with other agencies.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience, strong verbal and written communication, good research and time management, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with housing, landlord-tenant, or consumer rights issues preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Strong written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
