Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction QA/QC.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with discipline subcontractors to ensure ITPS and QCPs are in place and compliant.
• Lead contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities.
• Ensure ITPs and Test Packs are understood, acted on, and completed timely.
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
• Provide on-site inspection of materials and ensure NCRs are properly addressed.
