Jacobs is seeking a Mechanical Quality Manager in the Saint Francisville, LA area to lead QA/QC on industrial construction projects. You will oversee contractor quality plans, audits, and nonconformity resolutions, partnering with field teams to ensure compliance with ITPs and Test Packs.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in industrial construction QA/QC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand engineering specifications and drawings
Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Forward thinking and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Communicate field quality issues to stakeholders
Ensure contractor quality plans and ITPs meet site requirements
Lead on-site contractor quality audits and fabrication audits
Ensure ITPs and Test Packs are understood and completed on time
Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements
Provide on-site material inspection and compliance checks
Capture nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
