Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Mechanical Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on industrial construction projects in the Saint Francisville area. You will ensure contractor plans and ITPs meet site requirements, lead on-site quality audits, and coordinate Test Packs and turnover documentation with the construction management team.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial construction QA/QC, strong communication, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or applicable on-the-job experience.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
• 10 years of industrial construction QA/QC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
• Verify contractor quality plans and ITPs are in place and compliant with site requirements.
• Lead on-site contractor quality audits and supervise fabrication facility reviews.
• Ensure Test Packs are completed per ITPs and accessible to construction team.
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements and processes.
