Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in industrial construction QA/QC.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings.
• Proficiency in Office 365 platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Work with discipline subcontractors to ensure QP and ITPs are in place and compliant with site requirements.
• Lead contractor quality audits on‑site and in fabrication facilities.
• Ensure ITPs and Test Packs are understood, acted on, and completed on time with compliant Test Packs.
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
• Provide on‑site assistance, monitoring and visual inspection of material at receipt and before installation.
• Ensure Nonconformities are captured in NCRs and corrective actions are implemented.
