Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Mechanical (Finite Element) Simulation Engineer to lead advanced modeling for mechanical, thermal, electronic, and system-level products. You will use FEA/CFD tools to inform design and reliability decisions, collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in engineering simulation, strong ANSYS experience, and excellent communication in a cross-functional environment. A Hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of engineering simulation, mechanical analysis, or product development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ANSYS or equivalent Finite Element Analysis software.
• Strong grasp of mechanical design principles and materials behavior.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, thermal, and reliability simulations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools such as ANSYS to evaluate and optimize designs.
• Develop and maintain simulation models for devices, electronic components, PCB assemblies, enclosures, and complete systems.
• Identify reliability risks early in design and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, reliability, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Interpret test results and propose corrective actions.
