Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our hybrid Texas team. You will lead mechanical and thermal development for complex products and manage internal and outsourced partners through design, validation, tooling and production readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering and 6–10 years of experience, with strong CAD, CFD and electronics packaging expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Typically 6–10 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD tools and electronics packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical and thermal development for complex products.
  • Manage design reviews with internal and external partners.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide project teams.
  • Ensure designs meet standards and test requirements.
