Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, or related field; or Associate's degree with 3+ years in data management/Supply Chain/ERP environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Vendor Master data and Certificate of Insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor master data across Arrowhead Engineered Products and subsidiaries within multiple ERP systems.
• Coordinate data maintenance activities across the enterprise for data completeness.
• Determine data type requirements, views, and fields based on enterprise needs.
• Monitor vendor master data integrity to adhere to standards and policies.
• Support data cleansing and archiving policies and procedures.
• Modify/publish data standards to support business process changes.
• Understand vendor master data requirements in ERP environments and impacts on systems.
• Assist with process improvement sessions and change initiatives.
• Identify gaps and develop resolutions/workarounds; consolidate vendor accounts.
• Ensure data quality for ERP functions across the organization.
• Assist with vendor management training materials and sessions as needed.
• Monitor COI submissions and manage COI compliance reporting.
