Job summary

Associa is seeking a Data Specialist to support vendor management, tax and IRS/1099 administration, and Master Data Management across the organization. • 3–5 years of professional experience in a mid-sized to large organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and services.
• Contribute ideas as an active team member.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the corporate repository for vendor tax and IRS documentation.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly vendor compliance activities for data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) operations and data governance processes.
• Participate in departmental and enterprise-wide projects as assigned.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work with Microsoft-based applications and tools; understand database integration concepts and basic SQL Server query language.
• Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills.
• Show strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
