Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a Master Data Specialist to own accuracy, completeness, and governance of supply chain master data across ERP and related systems. This hands-on role builds a data foundation, defines standards, and enforces controls for materials, vendors, customers, and BOMs/routings.

You will execute high-volume data updates, ensure cross-system consistency, and develop KPIs and SOPs while partnering with procurement, planning, and finance to improve data quality and downstream

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on master data maintenance in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience creating and mass-updating records in at least one major ERP (SAP, Oracle/NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365).
• Knowledge of two of the four data domains: material/item, vendor, customer, BOMs/routings.
• IA skills and Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning at scale) with data upload/templates.
• Ability to write clear process documentation and communicate data standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy across items/materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, and routings in ERP systems.
• Perform mass data updates and migrations with validation.
• Ensure cross-system consistency and synchronize downstream processes.
• Draft SOPs and data standards; gatekeeper of data requests.
• Support ERP projects, testing, and analytics for master data needs.
