Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, billing, and invoicing data to support reporting and issue resolution.
• Develop SQL queries and data extracts for recurring reports and ad hoc requests.
• Review contract and partnership information to support billing interpretation.
• Manage vendor-related activities, tracking requests and coordinating with internal partners.
• Support billing/invoicing workflows by identifying discrepancies and driving resolution.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and business metrics using BI/analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Document recurring issues and reporting logic for consistency.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline analysis and drafting summaries while validating results.
• Monitor key trends and elevate data quality risks when needed.
