Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, reporting, or related field.
• Experience using SQL to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with stakeholder communication in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience working with ticketing or project tracking tools such as Jira preferred.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude and Codex preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Use SQL to query data, validate results, and support operational reporting needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify issues, and communicate progress.
• Monitor payer-related operational workflows and elevate issues needing cross-functional support.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across reporting and outputs.
• Maintain and update tracking documentation, logs, and records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Use Excel to organize, review, and summarize data for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with teams using Jira to track work and monitor progress.
• Apply AI tools where available to assist drafting, analysis, and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
• Participate in recurring reviews and meetings to coordinate priorities and blockers.
