• Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Experience coordinating with external partners or vendors.
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, billing, and invoicing data to support reporting and issue resolution.
• Develop SQL queries and data extracts for recurring and ad hoc reporting.
• Review contract and partnership data to support billing interpretation.
• Manage vendor-related operational activities and coordination.
• Support marketplace billing and invoicing workflows by identifying discrepancies.
• Prepare dashboards and business metrics using BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Document recurring issues and reporting logic for knowledge sharing.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline routine analysis while validating results.
• Monitor key trends and escalate data quality risks when needed.
