Job summary

ZS is seeking a skilled Business Technology Solutions Consultant to join its Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Activation team in the United States. You will work across the full customer engagement lifecycle, partnering with clients to define goals, identify high-value use cases, and deliver solutions using CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics.

The role requires 5-8+ years of experience, a strong consulting mindset, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience delivering technology and analytics solutions.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation.
• Experience leading complex projects across design, implementation, activation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to shape customer engagement strategies and deliver marketing technology solutions.
• Lead design, implementation, and activation of data-driven engagement solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Own project workstreams from strategy to delivery and performance measurement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
