Job summary

ZS is seeking an Associate Consultant to join the Digital Customer Experience Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Activation unit. You will work with pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences clients to design data-driven marketing solutions and activation programs.

You’ll collaborate across the full engagement lifecycle, applying MarTech, CDP, and analytics expertise to drive personalized customer experiences. Travel is expected for client work.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience delivering technology solutions.
• Fluency in English; client-facing delivery and collaboration.
• Experience with Marketing Technology (MarTech), CDPs, and Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to design and optimize customer data, marketing technology, and engagement solutions.
• Translate client business challenges into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Support data and activation initiatives with seamless integration and measurable outcomes.
• Lead modules and workstreams; contribute to hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project deliverables.
