Job summary

ZS Associates in the United States is seeking a Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant focusing on Marketing and Customer Experience. You will partner with clients to design and implement data-driven marketing technology solutions across the customer engagement lifecycle.

Role requires 3-5+ years delivering technology solutions, strong SQL/ETL and cloud-based data experience, and a client-facing delivery mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field
3-5+ years of relevant professional experience delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions
Experience with Marketing Technology (MarTech), CDPs, and Marketing Automation
Experience with CX Activation, Customer Engagement, and Omnichannel Strategy; Data, Analytics, SQL, ETL, and Customer Data Management
Experience with Technology Consulting, Solution Design, and Client-Facing Delivery

Responsibilities

Collaborate with ZS and client teams to design, implement, and optimize customer data, marketing technology, and customer engagement solutions
Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and translate them into scalable technology and process solutions
Support the delivery of customer data and activation initiatives, ensuring integration, operational excellence, and successful outcomes
Contribute across the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
Lead modules and project workstreams, actively participating in hands-on implementation tasks and troubleshooting
