Job summary

ZS Associates, a leading management consulting and technology firm, seeks a Business Technology Solutions Consultant for Marketing and Customer Experience in the United States. You will partner with clients to define business goals, design data-driven marketing technology solutions, and deliver customer-centric outcomes across the lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8+ years delivering technology, data, and analytics solutions, with expertise in CDPs and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.
• 5–8+ years of experience delivering technology, customer data, marketing technology, customer engagement, or analytics solutions.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation platforms, customer engagement technologies, or related data activation solutions.
• Experience leading complex projects or workstreams across solution design, implementation, activation, and outcome measurement.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, customer experience activation, omnichannel marketing, customer analytics, and data-driven business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to shape customer engagement strategies and deliver innovative marketing technology, customer data, and customer experience solutions.
• Lead the design, implementation, and activation of customer engagement and data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
• Translate business objectives, customer experience goals, and marketing use cases into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Own project workstreams from strategy and solution design through implementation, activation, and performance measurement.
• Guide data integration, analytics, and customer data initiatives while ensuring alignment with broader business and technology objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and client stakeholders to develop solution roadmaps, validate designs, and drive successful delivery.
• Lead client workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution discussions, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, risks, team coordination, and delivery milestones while maintaining high-quality client experiences.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on project execution, problem-solving, and professional development.
• Contribute to business case development, solutioning, proposal support, and thought leadership initiatives within the practice.
