Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to lead and collaborate with pursuit teams in our Transportation group. The role is hybrid (4 days in office) and can be based in Chicago, IL or NYC, overseeing proposal development, interviews, and marketing support for high-quality, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proposal management experience.
• Experience with marketing in architecture/engineering/construction management is preferred.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with pursuit teams and graphic designers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead development of responses to solicitations from public and private clients, ensuring compliance and compelling narratives.
• Prepare interview materials including storylines and visuals; coordinate with presentation teams and partners.
• Provide general marketing support including project descriptions and resume maintenance for firm databases.
• Model professionalism and mentor junior staff; build collaborative relationships across technical teams.
• Participate in client strategic planning and lead debriefs to improve future submissions.
