SYSTRA USA seeks a Senior Proposal Manager (NY/NJ) in a hybrid role to drive major, high-value pursuits for rail/transit projects across the US. You will lead capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation while mentoring junior staff and shaping winning strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of proposal leadership in public-sector contexts, strong storytelling, and mastery of InDesign and Office tools. Hybrid work is offered in NY/NJ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading proposals for professional services with public agency procurements.
• Experience leading pursuit teams and mentoring junior/mid-level proposal staff.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, synthesizing technical concepts into compelling prose.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end pursuit processes for major rail/transit projects, from capture planning to final interview prep.
• Mentor proposal staff and elevate strategies, writing quality, and management practices across the team.
• Oversee content, layout, graphics, and branding, ensuring persuasive storytelling and maximum readability.
