Job summary

Rheem Northeast Distribution, part of Rheem, is seeking a Marketing Programs & Communications Specialist II in New Jersey. The role supports marketing initiatives, dealer programs, and customer communications across the Northeast Distribution network.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days onsite and 1–2 days remote per week, offering collaboration with Sales, Branch Operations, and Technical Support & Training to drive programs and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supports marketing initiatives, sales support programs, customer communications, training programs, events, and dealer support activities across Rheem Northeast Distribution.
• Acts as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations, and Technical Support & Training to ensure programs and customer-facing initiatives are coordinated and executed.
• Provides support for customer and vendor co-op administration, dealer programs, internal communications, event management, reporting, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities
