Job summary

Rheem Northeast Distribution in New Jersey seeks a Marketing Programs & Communications Specialist II to support marketing initiatives, sales programs, and dealer activities. You will liaise with Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations and Training to coordinate programs, communications, and customer-facing efforts.

The role includes event management, training coordination and data reporting, with a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days onsite and 1–2 days remote per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in marketing coordination, communications, sales support, program administration, event management or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Prophet 21, MyRheem, Cvent, Constant Contact, CRM systems or similar business apps is a plus.
• HVAC, wholesale distribution, manufacturing or B2B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales programs, dealer initiatives, customer benefit programs, and sales enablement through communication, coordination, and administration.
• Administer dealer and customer programs, including Pro Partner support, customer data management and documentation.
• Coordinate vendor and customer co-op programs with claim tracking, documentation, reporting, and communication to maximize funding opportunities.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, customer communications, and branch initiatives across channels.
• Maintain marketing assets, project trackers, campaign calendars, customer records, and related docs for organized execution.
• Plan and coordinate customer training, branch events, promotional events, sponsorships, and communications, handling logistics and registrations.
• Collaborate with Technical Support & Training to maintain branded training materials and communications.
• Compile data on campaigns, events, customer programs, and sales support; assist with reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations, Technical Support & Training, vendors and partners to support initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
