Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive planning and execution of marketing programs across services and partnerships. This hands-on role combines strategic storytelling with practical campaigns, demand generation, and sales enablement, requiring collaboration with client development, alliances, and delivery teams.

You’ll own the marketing calendar, maintain brand standards, measure outcomes, and lead the Marketing Coordinator toward growth in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive B2B marketing experience with integrated campaigns.
• Experience linking marketing strategy to demand generation and sales enablement.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical audiences.
• Experience across content, email, web, events, and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Build messaging architecture tying company story to solutions and partnerships.
• Translate priorities into an integrated marketing calendar with channels, owners, budgets.
• Lead campaigns across web, email, social, events, and partner channels.
• Partner with Client Development and solution leaders to drive demand generation.
• Oversee campaign planning from brief to launch and follow-up.
• Guide development of blogs, case studies, customer stories, white papers, webinars, and more.
• Create a repeatable customer-proof program with case studies and testimonials.
• Maintain brand voice, messaging, and market positioning across channels.
• Lead a social/editorial strategy balancing customer proof and thought leadership.
• Oversee website content, landing pages, email programs, and digital performance.
