Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Marketing AI Workflow Architect in Houston, TX on a hybrid schedule. You will analyze marketing processes, design end-to-end AI-enabled architectures, and collaborate with AI/ML engineering, data engineering, IT, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, data privacy, and enterprise alignment while enabling efficient MarTech workflows across the stack. Strong communication to stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field is required.
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design: ability to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned AI and MarTech solutions.
• AI & Data Technologies: knowledge of modern AI including LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP and AI-specific infrastructure components.
• Integration & Data Management: experience with API design, data governance and integration standards.
• Security & Governance: understanding of security, privacy, compliance and vendor due diligence in AI solutions.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current marketing workflows and data flows; map end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Align AI architecture with business requirements and enterprise standards; participate in vendor evaluations and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Design data pipelines and governance controls to support AI-enabled marketing applications.
• Specify infrastructure needs for model hosting, vector stores, storage, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, platform engineering, and AI teams to ensure secure, compliant, scalable deployments.
• Engage security, legal, and compliance teams during vendor evaluations and solution design.
