Job summary

Consor is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Portland, OR to support marketing and business development efforts across proposals, conferences, and collateral. You will collaborate with marketing, BD, and technical teams to ensure high-quality materials and accurate information that drives pursuit strategies.

The role includes lead tracking, content creation, and graphic design support, reporting to the Marketing Director.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR or related field required.
• Minimum two years of marketing experience; AEC experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Hybrid role; comfortable in office and remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support industry conferences, events, sponsorships, and networking.
• Assist with marketing and business development efforts including presentations and market research.
• Support data quality and reporting for strategy and automation initiatives.
• Maintain lead information in Vantagepoint and coordinate updates with teams.
• Plan, develop, and produce proposals; coordinate kickoff meetings and team schedules.
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for consistency with brand voice.
• Produce proposal graphics and visuals; maintain proposal content database.
