Job summary

Consor is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Portland, OR to support marketing and business development activities, including proposals, pursuits, events, and content creation. You will collaborate with marketing, business development, and technical teams to keep efforts organized, produce high-quality materials, and ensure brand consistency.

You’ll contribute to lead tracking in Vantagepoint, assist with strategic pursuits, and help produce compliant, persuasive SOQs and proposals, including

Qualifications

• Coordinate and support industry conferences, client events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
• Assist with a variety of marketing and business development efforts including presentations, award submissions, market research, and strategic pursuit support.
• Support database organization and data quality efforts that contribute to reporting, business development strategy, and evolving internal AI and automation initiatives.
• Support lead tracking efforts by monitoring upcoming opportunities, maintaining accurate lead information in Vantagepoint, and coordinating updates with marketing and business development teams.
• Collaborate with marketing/proposal leads and technical resources to plan, develop, and produce quality, compliant, and compelling SOQs/RFQs and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Write, update, and proofread marketing content, including proposals, resumes, presentations, project descriptions, and other related materials, for spelling, grammar, consistency, quality, and overall compliance with brand standards/voice.
• Support or lead production of deliverables associated with proposals and other business development efforts in conformance with company standards.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and remote team members to compose proposal text with a consistent and persuasive tone, and format proposals.
• Create or facilitate the creation of graphics, design layouts, and visuals for proposals.
• Help maintain the marketing team’s database of proposal content.
