Job summary

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to optimize customer engagement in Welkom, Free State. You will design workflows, segment audiences, and drive conversions across email and multi-channel campaigns.

You will manage the marketing automation platform, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with marketing and sales to deliver personalized customer journeys and measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Marketing Automation Specialist or similar.
• Hands-on with major platforms HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, email marketing, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.
• Analytical with ability to interpret campaign data.
• HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
