Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator for our client in Welkom. You will execute email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and help drive engagement and conversions through compelling content and smart segmentation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Mailchimp, SendGrid or HubSpot, strong copywriting skills, and a good grasp of deliverability and analytics. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce on-brand email templates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Email Marketing role or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, SendGrid or HubSpot.
• Strong segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability knowledge.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools for reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, test, and send email campaigns to segmented lists.
• Manage and maintain email subscriber databases with data accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Develop engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide improvement reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure on-brand templates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.
