Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Email Marketing Executive for a hybrid role based in Welkom, Free State. You will develop, implement, and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales, optimize templates, and analyze performance to improve ROI. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred and experience with popular tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing end-to-end email campaigns.
• Strong copywriting with persuasive marketing language.
• Proven ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic email campaigns from concept to completion.
• Write compelling copy and design email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage lists, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns for engagement.
• Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance.
• Monitor metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI) and provide insights.
