Job summary

GE Vernova GVH Advanced Nuclear is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to oversee quality assurance activities across the supply chain for Advanced Nuclear projects. You will qualify suppliers, audit on-site, drive process improvements, and resolve non-conformances while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong manufacturing quality expertise, the ability to manage documentation, and travel up to 50% to supplier and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 8+ years of relevant experience if HS.
• Minimum 4 years in engineering, manufacturing, manufacturing support, or nuclear QA.

Responsibilities

• Supplier qualification and audits for reactor projects.
• Define quality requirements and oversee disposition of non-conforming products.
• Drive defect-reduction and corrective action with suppliers.
• Create and review technical quality documents and reports.
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and suppliers.
• Travel up to 50% to supplier and customer sites.
