Job summary

LifeWork Search is seeking an Operations Analyst – Manufacturing in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role partners with operations leadership to transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality, delivery, and profitability across manufacturing, planning, and fulfillment.

You will build and maintain dashboards, analyze throughput and capacity, and support S&OP initiatives while communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations analysis, industrial engineering, or business analytics.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required; high-mix, low-volume experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, and customer service performance data.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor trends and root causes of performance gaps.
• Support operational reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership decisions.
• Support S&OP and capacity planning activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and material flow metrics.
