Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations & Business Performance to partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership in Milwaukee. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, translating KPI data into actionable financial insights and business cases for productivity and cost management.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, or business analytics experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, project-based or B2B environments.
• Ability to connect operational performance metrics with financial results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP and BI/reporting systems; Power BI and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
• Provide insights that support data-driven decisions and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Translate operations KPIs into financial impact and build business cases for investments.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Present findings to senior leadership and support monthly performance reviews.
• Create dashboards and KPI scorecards; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
