TQI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Management Analyst II to join the MSC team in Norfolk, VA with a hybrid schedule at our corporate office in Chesapeake, VA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience; familiarity with PMI project management principles and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of relevant experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with IT program management principles (PMI structure preferred).
• Experience with MS Office Suite with a strong background in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring and control of multiple projects.
• Provides management support to all aspects of a project including scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Facilitates team coordination across multiple projects to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts.
