Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Project Analyst in St Inigoes, MD, offering a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The role supports Navy DoD programs, performing documentation configuration, risk management, and scheduling tasks.

You will review workflows, manage schedules, and coordinate with Navy and contractor teams to drive efficiency and timely deliverables. A bachelor’s degree and DoD experience are preferred, with strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 1+ years DoD support experience, Navy-focused preferred.
• Strong organizational and workload management across concurrent projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication with DoD customers.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and manage the configuration of technical documentation.
• Provide oversight for small projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and update operational processes to improve efficiency and project requirements.
• Gather and analyze information from Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, update schedules, manage risks, and keep leadership informed.
• Maintain the Program Risk Plan and ISEE Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) register.
• Facilitate Working Groups with IPT/Teams to capture new risk, issues, and opportunities, and update mitigation or corrective action plans.
• Perform other related analyst and project management activities required for task completion.
