Job summary

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a Corporate PMO Analyst to provide enterprise-level project management support across federal programs and corporate initiatives in a hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA.

The successful candidate will partner with program managers and leaders to strengthen schedule discipline, risk management, and reporting. The role owns consolidation of status reporting, maintains master schedules, tracks actions, coordinates staffing, and supports capture and proposal efforts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant PMO/project controls experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Project and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidation of weekly and monthly status reporting.
• Maintain master schedules and portfolio views.
• Administer risk, issue, action, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate staffing activities across programs.
• Prepare executive briefings and dashboards.
• Support capture and proposal efforts.
