Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Development Project Manager II (PM-II) to lead a portfolio of projects with accountability to a Manager of Project Management. You will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success factors across scope, cost, quality, and safety.

The role emphasizes risk-informed ranking, governance adherence, and collaboration with stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement is in place with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Required Work Experience: 5 years of Project Management experience in Electrical Transmission/Distribution/related field
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree: High School/GED with 9 years of Project Management experience in Electrical Transmission

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Team: provide leadership, oversight, direction, delegation, and coordination with internal and external organizations
• Establish and maintain communications among project/programs stakeholders
• Structure, lead, or assist in project related meetings to ensure open communication
• Prepare, communicate or report monthly project status and required communications
• Assure Project Plans and reporting according to PMCoE Standards
• Develop assigned project(s) including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality
• Champion the process of project planning including scope, scheduling, estimating, and integration processes
