Job summary

Knowesis is seeking two Project Management Analysts to support PHCoE strategic initiatives. The role tracks milestones, manages constraints, and helps ensure timely, effective delivery of projects.

The position is full-time with hybrid/telework eligibility and a salary range of $95,000 to $108,000. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of project management experience, with CAPM/PMP certification preferred and familiarity with PMBok methodologies in federal or healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or project analysis.
• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience applying PMBok methodologies in federal or healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of health insurance options and employee benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional project management support to PHCoE strategic initiatives and higher-level projects.
• Monitor objectives, constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality) and project risk.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates.
• Develop systems and maintain records to facilitate monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of Center projects.
