Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst I to provide analytical, operational, and program management support to improve organizational effectiveness, business processes, and mission performance.

The analyst will evaluate existing processes, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations for government and program leadership. The role collaborates with program managers, technical personnel, and government stakeholders to support planning, reporting, requirements management, process

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Secret clearance required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze organizational processes, procedures, workflows, and operational performance.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership.
Support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, process maps, plans, and other program documentation.
