Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Management Analyst I to provide analytical, operational, and program management support to improve organizational effectiveness. You will evaluate processes, analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Required security clearance: Secret.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational processes, procedures, workflows, and operational performance.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and decision‑support materials for leadership.
• Support development and maintenance of SOPs, policies, process maps, plans, and other program documentation.
• Track program requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
• Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions and organizational initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, interviews, and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Support development and tracking of KPIs, SLAs, and other performance measures.
