Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Management Analyst III to provide analytical, operational, and program management support to improve organizational effectiveness, business processes, and mission performance. The role collaborates with program managers, technical personnel, and government stakeholders to drive planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.

We value extensive experience across government initiatives, SOP development, and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience supporting government programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational processes, procedures, workflows, and operational performance.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership.
• Support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, process maps, plans, and other program documentation.
• Track program requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
• Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions and organizational initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other performance measures.
