Job summary

PingWind, Crane, IN, is seeking a Management Analyst III to provide analytical, operational, and program management support to improve organizational effectiveness, business processes, and mission performance. You will evaluate existing processes, analyze program data, and develop actionable recommendations for government and program leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational processes, procedures, workflows, and operational performance.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership.
• Support development and maintenance of SOPs, policies, process maps, plans, and other program documentation.
• Track program requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
• Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions and organizational initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support development and tracking of KPIs, SLAs, and other performance measures.
